Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of aisac.global, the institutional home of the AISAC ecosystem. Please read them: by browsing here, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, the right course is not to use the site.
2. Purpose and nature of the site
This is an institutional and informational site. It presents AISAC — Artificial Intelligence System As Code — its thesis, its conceptual architecture, its operational model and the ecosystem around it.
The content published here does not constitute a commercial offer, a binding proposal, technical, legal or investment advice, nor the purchase of any product or service. There is no sign-up, logged-in area, payment or checkout on this domain.
3. Intellectual property
The AISAC brand, the name Artificial Intelligence System As Code, the logo, the visual identity, the texts, the page structure, the design and the graphic and interactive elements of this site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to their holder or are licensed to them.
You may quote excerpts from this site with clear attribution and a link to the source page. You may not reproduce the site in full, create substantial copies, use the brand in a way that suggests a non-existent association, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement, or register distinctive signs confusable with AISAC's.
4. The Workloop Spec and its licence
The Workloop Spec is a public document with its own licence,
separate from the content of this site: the specification text is published
under Creative Commons BY 4.0,
with DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22004648, and its repository is open.
That means you may share and adapt the specification, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit. The governing conditions are always those published at workloop.b2tech.io and in the official repository. The Spec's licence does not extend to the AISAC brand or to this site's content.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to related systems, accounts or infrastructure;

6. Links and ecosystem products
This site links to other ecosystem properties — such as AI Brain, AISAC Community and the Workloop Spec — and to third-party sites. Each destination is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which take precedence over these from the moment you leave here.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites that may be cited or linked.
7. No warranties, and evolving content
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AISAC is an architecture under development, with real components in production and components still being built. The pages explicitly separate what already exists from what belongs to the long-term vision. Statements about the vision, the roadmap or future capabilities are descriptive and do not constitute a contractual promise, a guarantee of outcome, or a commitment to deliver within any timeframe.
