4. How the documents fit together
- The general documents on this page apply to every site and service.
- A service that processes data in a particular way publishes a service-specific notice, which supplements the general documents and prevails on what is specific to that service.
- In a purchase, the offer's and the checkout's conditions also apply.
- The documents are published in Portuguese and English with the same content. For users in Brazil, the Portuguese version prevails.

6. Version history
- 2.5 — October 12, 2026: Privacy Policy 2.5 and Terms of Use 2.3: AISAC Publisher can now also send the videos you confirm to your TikTok inbox as drafts (video.upload permission), for you to finish and post in the TikTok app. There are six permissions. A draft is published only when you post it in the TikTok app, with the caption and settings you choose there, and TikTok receives only its video.
- 2.4 — October 5, 2026: Privacy Policy 2.4: in AISAC Publisher, your AI tool can upload the video you attach on its own. The TikTok section now says that, in that case, the tool receives the file and uploads it to us, under its own terms. The Terms of Use remain at 2.2.
- 2.3 — October 3, 2026: Privacy Policy 2.3 and Terms of Use 2.2: AISAC Publisher now reads, when you ask, your TikTok profile and the numbers of your account and of your public videos (user.info.profile, user.info.stats and video.list permissions), without storing them. The TikTok section describes what is read, why and for how long.
- 2.2 — October 3, 2026: Privacy Policy 2.2 and Terms of Use 2.1: new section on AISAC Publisher and the TikTok integration — data received, retention, how to disconnect and how to request deletion. TikTok and Upstash are added to “Who we share data with”.
- 2.1 — October 1, 2026: Privacy Policy 2.1: data protection officer named; the AI Brain page no longer keeps campaign parameters in the browser before consent. AISAC Community and AISAC Agency notices published, and AISAC Academy's notices listed. The Terms of Use remain at 2.0.
- 2.0 — October 1, 2026: Single documents for the whole AISAC ecosystem, published in this Legal Center. The controller becomes AISAC Tecnologia (CNPJ 69.215.099/0001-45). They replace version 1 on aisac.global and version 1.0 on aisac.cloud.
- 1.0 — September 15, 2026: Policy and Terms specific to aisac.cloud, covering that site only.
- 1 — August 29, 2026: First Policy and Terms of the ecosystem, covering aisac.global only.
